Career Specialists uses the ‘gold standard’ in psychometric profiling. The Highlands Ability Battery (HAB) assesses your natural abilities, personality, interests, learning styles and values.

It consists of 19 different tasks and measures your ability to do specific things from solving problems to remembering what you have read. It tells you what you will find easy, what will be difficult, and is the foundation to effective career choice. It is extensive, taking around three hours (though you do not need to complete it in one session), and the results will help you to really understand the type(s) of work you should pursue and the type(s) you may wish to avoid.
